It’s been
over a year since I’ve posted anything here. A lot has happened in that time. I’ve
edited some posts, deleted others as I realized that I want this blog to be a
bit more specific then it was, and I want to keep it to certain areas and not
rant too often.
Well, hopefully anyway. Sometimes my rants are funny and worthwhile, or so I’m told.

Anyway,
this is for my roleplaying friends. You see, I’ve been a Game
Master/Storyteller/Dungeon Master for going on 23 years now. This, by no means,
makes me an expert, but it has given me some unique insight into how different
games are played and what different types of players want. To this end,
specifically for my little group, I made a set of rules. I sat down with my group
and we all talked about what we all liked and what we didn’t like, and I set to
work. The rules I came up with are based on the best aspects of different
things and allows for a lot of creativity.
I’ve shared
it with my group, and they really enjoy it. I have another group that is
getting into it now that they see what it is. This makes me happy, and is
exactly why I made the rules the way I did.
So, I’ve decided to share them here for other people to use and enjoy. I will do my best to explain them, and I hope they stand for themselves. It allows for a lot of freedom, dice rolls when you want them, and create interesting, useful, and fun characters.
Anyway, I’m going to try and start writing here on a regular basis again. I don’t know if I will or not. I could update on my recovery and write little stories, and I’m even drawing again (sort of), and I like having this as an outlet for my creativity. So, thanks to everyone for your support, and I hope you enjoy.
